Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in equity derivatives or in a middle office role.
• A proactive self-starter, adept at working both autonomously and collaboratively in cross-functional team settings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential. Programming skills in Python, VBA, or SQL for automation and data analysis are highly desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin, with strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the department in organizing market and peer information, conducting market research, drafting relevant business/product proposals, and supporting the implementation of initiatives and business operations.
• Support transaction operations, including but not limited to trade booking and reconciliation, transaction data management, fund allocation, full lifecycle monitoring and management of contracts, and client valuation.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (clients, counterparties, middle/back office) to promptly resolve transaction-related issues.
• Conduct routine data maintenance and analysis, including but not limited to profit and loss reports on positions, daily, weekly, and ad hoc business reports.
