Job summary

IO Tech Solutions Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Java Developer at AVP level to support our strategic infrastructure build‑out within Liquid Financing. This role offers high visibility with traders and product teams across global hubs.

You will design and implement backend services using Java Spring Boot and frontend components, contribute to CI/CD automation, and collaborate with APAC, NY, London, and India teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of software development experience in financial services.
• Strong expertise in Java Spring Boot and Angular; React experience considered.
• Familiarity with Python and CI/CD tools.
• Solid understanding of Prime Brokerage, Equities, and/or FICC products.
• Excellent communication skills with proven ability to work in forward‑facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java Spring Boot (backend) and Angular/React (frontend).
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline development and automation.
• Collaborate with global teams across APAC, NY, London, and India to deliver scalable solutions.
• Partner closely with traders and product stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Ensure system reliability, performance, and alignment with strategic infrastructure goals.
