Job summary

Huatai International Financial Holdings Company Limited is seeking an experienced finance professional to manage accounting and financial reporting for offshore proprietary securities activities. The role covers trade booking, month-end closing, valuation reviews, reconciliations, and intercompany processes in a fast-changing, globally connected environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with at least five years of relevant finance experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Financial Management, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• At least five years of relevant finance experience.
• Audit experience from Big Four accounting firm and professional qualifications such as CPA or ACCA are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the accounting and financial reporting for offshore proprietary securities investment activities.
• Trade booking, month-end closing, valuation review, cash and broker reconciliations, asset and liability management, P&L analysis, and intercompany reconciliations.
• Prepare regulatory returns and financial reports, and support external audits and regulatory inspections.
• Participate in finance system development and digital transformation initiatives; enhance accounting processes to ensure data integrity.
