Job summary

Links International in Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned Frontend Architect to lead architecture design, development, and delivery of banking frontend platforms including Mobile and Internet Banking. You will drive rapid iterations, ensure security and scalability, and collaborate across Product, Design, Backend, QA and DevOps to deliver timely releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a related field.
• 7+ years frontend development experience, preferably in banking/fintech.
• 3+ years people management experience with a proven track record.
• Proficient in modern frontend frameworks and scalable architectures.
• Hands-on Flutter and React Native experience; decoupled architectures.
• Solid DevOps knowledge: Git, Node.js, Vite/Webpack, CI/CD, Docker.
• Strong debugging, performance optimization and security mindset.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to align with business, product, QA and design teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture design, development, and delivery of banking frontend platforms.
• Drive rapid product iteration and production releases for Mobile and Internet Banking.
• Improve frontend reliability, security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Backend, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Establish and continuously improve frontend engineering practices and CI/CD.
• Conduct code reviews, security assessments, and vulnerability remediation.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and AI-powered tools.
• Lead a frontend team of ~10, including mentoring and performance management.
