Job summary

Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) is seeking an Assistant Vice President for the Corporate Responsibility & Foundation team. You will support HKEX Foundation’s community programmes, partnerships and governance, reporting to the Head of Corporate Responsibility & Foundation.

The role focuses on developing partnerships, driving employee engagement and expanding sustainability initiatives. The position emphasizes collaboration with internal divisions and external stakeholders,

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Social Sciences, Sustainability, Public Policy, Communications or related disciplines.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in corporate responsibility, sustainability, philanthropy, community investment, foundations, or related fields.
• Strong partnership development and stakeholder management skills with business acumen.
• Excellent written and verbal English and Chinese communication.
• Governance, compliance and risk awareness.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for Associate.

Responsibilities

• Support HKEX Foundation’s operations, community programmes and partnerships.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and sustainability-related activities.
• Develop governance processes, reporting and stakeholder communications.
