Job summary

HK Express is seeking a Supervisor, Engineering Commercial to manage commercial aspects and supplier engagement within Maintenance & Engineering. You will source, evaluate, and contract with suppliers for aircraft maintenance, component repairs, and material supplies to ensure value and compliance.

You will lead tenders and contract negotiations, maintain supplier records, monitor performance, and drive cost-saving initiatives while coordinating with engineering, procurement and legal teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
• Min 4 years’ airline engineering, procurement, MRO, or aviation experience.
• Understanding of sourcing, tendering, and contract administration.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate maintenance and engineering suppliers.
• Lead RFP, RFQ and contract negotiations to optimize cost, service level, and quality.
• Maintain supplier database, contract records, and performance tracking reports.
• Ensure supplier compliance with aviation regulations and company standards.
