Job summary

Johnson Controls in Hong Kong is seeking a BMS Service Team Lead to supervise a field team delivering retrofit, testing, commissioning, installation, service and maintenance for building management systems. The role requires an engineering degree or higher diploma and 2–3 years' relevant experience; English and Chinese communication skills are essential, with willingness to work at multiple

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job description

What you will do

• The Service team delivers innovative maintenance and service solutions to a wide customer base across all industry segments for BMS systems.
• You will be part of a growing team of BMS technicians maintaining and supporting customer’s facilities.
• Provide our customers with the highest level of service to solve building inefficiencies and resolve service related items.
• As a trusted advisor to our customers you will provide solutions and outcomes at the time of service.
• You are the primary ‘mobile’ contact for all Johnson Controls technical service issues, responsible for trouble shooting and resolving issues on highly complex systems according to a defined process, service agreement and customer needs.

How you will do it

• Supervise a team to provide support in retrofit work, testing and commissioning, installation, service and maintenance works, including hardware, software and trouble-shooting projects
• Ensure quality of work to the satisfaction of customer and meet the agreed statement and quality standard
• Coordinate all the site works including those performed by subcontractors to ensure compliance with requirement
• Prepare maintenance and retrofit proposal and tender
• Maintain good relationship with customers
• Provide recommendations and solutions to ensure facility is running efficiently to include upselling opportunities
• Support proposals to support recommendations and solutions

What we look for
