Job summary

Chubb Life, the international life insurance division of Chubb, seeks a driven automation/operations professional in Hong Kong. You will analyze processes, design automation solutions, and deliver data-enabled workflows across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include documenting requirements, enabling straight-through processing, and ensuring governance and compliance. Ideal candidates bring data scripting, PowerBI, Python, and SQL proficiency.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Computer Science or similar technical field of study or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge in data scripting and visualization, including PowerBI, Python, and SQL.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with an organised and logical approach.
• Ability to simplify complexity and develop actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Process Analysis & Opportunity Identification: understand requirements and ideate automation solutions.
• Documentation: analyse processes, identify bottlenecks and write technical docs for automation.
• Solution Design: collaborate to improve apps, automate workflows and enhance efficiency.
• Automation Delivery & Technology Enablement: code, test, deploy automated workflows and dashboards.
• Governance & Change: support UAT, metrics, adoption, risk & compliance monitoring.
