Job summary

ADECCO Personnel Limited is seeking an Automation Analyst in Hong Kong to analyze business requirements and translate them into automated solutions. You will design, develop, test, and maintain applications using React, Node.js, PHP, Python, and UiPath, and manage data solutions with MySQL/Oracle SQL, Power BI, and Jasper Reports.

Responsibilities include providing application support, monitoring automated processes, and optimizing jobs to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in system analysis, application development, business systems support, or a related IT field.
• Strong technical skills in SQL (Oracle SQL/MySQL) and Python, with knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming; Java or C# is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience in web and business application development, including React, Node.js, PHP, WordPress, Power Apps, Power Automate, and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills; fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese; proactive with a strong sense of ownership.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating needs into technical solutions for digital transformation initiatives.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain applications and automation solutions using React, Node.js, PHP, Python, and UiPath.
• Develop and manage data solutions, including database design/maintenance (MySQL, Oracle SQL), reporting, data analytics, and dashboards with Power BI and Jasper Reports.
• Provide application support and user assistance, handling system issues and data-related inquiries for smooth daily operations.
• Monitor and optimize automated processes and scheduled jobs, troubleshooting and improving efficiency through automation.
