Job summary

Pan Asian Mortgage Company Limited in Hong Kong is looking for a system analyst to translate business needs into technical solutions and support digital transformation initiatives. You will collect requirements, design and implement systems, and ensure data integrity across reporting and analytics.

The role requires hands-on development with technologies such as React, Node.js, PHP, SQL, and Power BI, plus familiarity with RPA tools like UiPath.

Qualifications

High school diploma or above in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, or related disciplines.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a system analyst or in related fields.
Proficiency in SQL (Oracle SQL, MySQL), and Python is essential; Basic understanding of OOP, experience with Java or C# is an advantage.
Hands-on experience in web-based development, particularly with React, Node.js, WordPress, PHP, and Power Apps, as well as Power Automate.
Experience in data model design, building, and deployment in Power BI or other data visualization tools, utilizing RDBMS and related ETL tools.
Familiarity with UiPath and experience in implementing RPA solutions is a plus.
Effective communication skills to understand business needs and challenges, with the ability to translate those needs into technical requirements.
Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and detail-oriented mindset, with high sense of ownership and responsibility for the applications and data pipeline

Responsibilities

Acquire business and system requirements, providing technical solutions to address business challenges.
Collect requirements from users and design, develop, and implement systems or utility programs to align with the company’s digital transformation roadmap.
Perform testing, documentation, and application system support.
Monitor and respond promptly to business user requests related to application usage, reporting, and data analytics.
Apply advanced analytical methods and data visualization techniques to solve business problems using reporting software such as Jasper Reports or Power BI.
Hands-on develop and maintain web applications using React, Node.js and PHP to enhance user experience and functionality.
Design and manage databases using MySQL and Oracle SQL to support application development and reporting needs.
Implement and manage robotic process automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath and Python to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Monitor scheduled jobs and automation workflows to ensure timely execution and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
