Job summary

Lirvana Labs Inc. in Hong Kong is seeking a Specialist in Evidence Based Practices to join our R&D team, contributing to the development of our generative AI education platform across backend and frontend components.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research into scalable solutions, apply therapeutic approaches, and help advance AI-driven education tools in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master/PhD in counselling or psychology or mental health with interest in hi-tech development.
• Knowledge of AI and deep learning is preferred.
• Knowledge of various therapies (CBT, DBT, ACT, MI, etc.) is advantageous.
• Interest in deep-tech research & development.

• Help research work by the development of scientific packages.
• Porting research results into industrial uses.
• Taking part in administrative work on proposal/paper submissions, event organization.

Position:

We are seeking talented and Specialist expert in Evidence Based Practices in Hong Kong to join our R&D team. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing our generative AI education platform. You will work on both backend and frontend components, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Help research work by the development of scientific packages;
• Porting research results into industrial uses;
• Taking part in administrative work on proposal/ paper submissions, event organization;
• Communication with various units within and outside the Organization

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree / Master degree / PhD in Counselling, or Psychology, or Mental Health, or related discipline with interest in Hi-Tech development;
• Preferably to have good knowledge and/ or experience in AI and Deep Learning;
• Knowledge in various Therapeutic approaches, ARC, CAMS, CAMS for Teens, DBT, CBT, TF-CBT, CBT (Behavioral Activation), CBT (Cognitive Restructuring), Exposure-Based Therapies, MI and Structural Family Therapy modalities are definitely advantageous
• Interest in Deep-Tech Research & Development
