Job summary

Centaline Securities Limited in Hong Kong is seeking experienced candidates to join its expanding team. The role focuses on bond and fund operations, document checks, and corporate actions, with responsibility for supporting new account openings and compliance checks.

The position requires OTC product knowledge, an SFC Type 1 license (preferred), and strong MS Office skills. Fluency in English and Chinese with Mandarin, and the ability to work under pressure are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Finance or related discipline.
• Over 3 years of fund operation experience in a securities firm.
• OTC product knowledge such as Bond and Funds.
• SFC License Type 1 is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (including Excel).
• Good command of English and Chinese with Mandarin; able to work under pressure.
• Immediate availability preferred; junior candidates considered.

Responsibilities

• Handle Bond and Fund trade operations, document checking and related corporate actions and reporting.
• Support the new account opening process, document checking and related compliance issues.
• Monitor client cash activities and daily operations including fund deposits, withdrawals and FX.
• Work closely with sales and Front Office to support teams and ensure clients’ trades are executed timely and professionally.
• Support CS function to handle internal and external client inquiries.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements
