Job summary

Guotai Junan International in Hong Kong is seeking a strategy professional to participate in developing the company''s strategic and annual business plans, establishing milestones and KPIs across stages.

You will translate executive strategic goals into actionable plans and KPIs, design execution frameworks to ensure delivery, and contribute to drafting strategic documents and decks for senior management. HQ liaison and cross-functional collaboration are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience; financial services, investment banking, consulting or strategy background preferred.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience; financial services, investment banking, consulting or strategy background preferred.
• Possesses strong strategic orientation, ability to think critically, and evaluate impacts of plans.
• Excellent command of writing in Chinese and English.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, including ability to concisely, accurately and effectively structure and communicate both content and message.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and competing priorities simultaneously under tight deadlines and high-pressure environments. A strong team player with experience collaborating across diverse, cross-cultural teams is highly preferred.
