Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd. in Hong Kong is seeking a detail-oriented Operations professional to support wealth management client onboarding and data maintenance. You will review documents, act as maker and checker, and ensure timely processing with strict SLA adherence.

The role involves handling administrative tasks, responses to inquiries from Front/Middle/COO offices, and participation in audits and regulatory reporting such as FATCA and CRS. UAT support may be requested as needed.

Qualifications

• > University degree with minimum 3 years relevant experience in Banking & Finance.
• > Excellent attention to detail.
• > Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
• > Good understanding of IT systems and operational banking processes.
• > Ability to improve processes, coordinate multiple tasks and work well in a team.
• > Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Support client onboarding operations on daily processing including account opening and static data maintenance for Wealth management customers.
• Review client documents/instruction and update information to system as maker and checker.
• Returned mail handling.
• Ensure account opening and client static maintenance delivered within SLA.
• Assist in Audit, regulatory review, FATCA and CRS reporting, etc.
• Promptly respond and provide solutions to enquiries from Front office/Middle Office/COO office.
• Support UAT if needed.
