RoboStrategy seeks an Associate, Private Wealth (APAC) to build coverage across priority Asia-Pacific markets. You will map private banks, wealth managers and family offices, build relationships, and support due diligence and onboarding in a regulated environment.

You will prepare materials adapted for local audiences and maintain pipelines in the CRM. This junior-to-mid role offers growth as RoboStrategy expands its APAC presence, with a focus on AI-enabled research and compliance.

Qualificações

• 2 to 5 years of experience in private wealth, private banking, fund distribution or investment roles in your market.
• Native fluency in the primary language of your market and professional fluency in English.
• The licenses or registrations required for this activity in your market, or eligibility to obtain them promptly.
• Strong analytical and writing skills, with the ability to prepare clear, accurate materials.
• AI-native in how you work, using AI tools daily for research, preparation and coverage, consistent with our AI-first approach.

Responsabilidades

• Map your market. Identify and prioritize the private banks, wealth managers, family offices and platforms in your market, and keep a clear view of who allocates to products like ours.
• Build relationships. Develop relationships with advisors, product specialists and investment teams, and set up meetings for yourself and senior colleagues.
• Support due diligence and onboarding. Prepare responses, data and documentation for intermediaries reviewing BOT, and follow each process through to completion.
• Prepare materials and meetings. Adapt approved materials for local audiences and prepare the analysis that makes every meeting productive.
• Keep the pipeline current. Maintain accurate records of relationships, meetings and next steps in our CRM, and report progress clearly.
• Bring market insight back. Track local demand, competing products and investor feedback, and share it with the team.
• Operate within a regulated framework. Conduct all activity within local licensing requirements and our compliance policies, including approved materials, investor eligibility restrictions and recordkeeping.

Role Overview

We are seeking Private Wealth Associates to help build RoboStrategy’s coverage of private wealth channels across priority Asia-Pacific markets. We are hiring in four markets, as listed under Open roles below.

You will support coverage of the private banks, wealth managers, family offices and wealth platforms in your market. You will map the landscape, prepare materials, support due diligence and onboarding, and build relationships of your own, all within the regulatory framework that applies in your market. This is a junior to mid-level role with a clear path to greater responsibility as our APAC presence grows.
