Job summary

HONG KONG RESORT COMPANY LIMITED is seeking a procurement professional to lead tendering exercises, evaluate bids, and manage supplier relationships. You will oversee the authorized supplier list and drive the full procurement cycle across group companies.

The role demands experience in manufacturing or I&T procurement, strong problem solving, and the ability to collaborate with global teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Cost Management, Materials, or equivalent discipline.
• At least 5 to 8 years’ relevant experience in a sizable organization.
• Experience in procurement/ tendering for manufacturing or I&T sector.
• Experience in supplier management and tendering processes.
• Strong problem solving, energetic and self-motivated with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead tendering exercises, evaluate tenders and supplier proposals.
• Oversee development and maintenance of the authorized supplier list.
• Handle full procurement cycle for group companies.
• Collaborate with global suppliers and cross-functional teams.

• Degree + 8 years relevant experience in Manufacturing industry
• Production & Materials Planning and Scheduling + Inventory Controlling exp
• Procurement within the I&T sector for government-funded institute
• Responsible for procurement activities and supplier management process, etc.
• Stable working environment in HK Science and Technology Parks
• Degree or above in Procurement or related disciplines
• Energetic, self-motivated, good problem solving skills

• 5 years’ experience in construction material procurement or cost management
