Job summary

A financial institution in Hong Kong seeks an Associate in the Infrastructure Financing and Securitisation Division to oversee loan administration for a portfolio of syndicated infrastructure loans and to support securitisation operations.

Responsibilities include processing rate fixing, interest rollover, principal repayments, fees settlement and drawdown, verifying calculations with Facility Agents, and preparing reports to meet internal procedures and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 3 or more years of experience in loan administration.
• English and Cantonese proficiency in spoken and written form.
• Experience examining loan documentation is a plus.
• Good numerical and data analysis skills.
• Understanding of IBOR transition is a plus.

Our client is a Financial Institution,they are currently seeking for a an Associate (Infrastructure Financing and Securitisation Division) to join their team.

The primary responsibility of the role is to ensure smooth loan administration of a portfolio of syndicated loans in the infrastructure sector and to support securitisation operations.

Responsibilities:

• Process rate fixing, interest rollover, principal repayments, fees settlement and loan drawdown. Verify calculations and account details with Facility Agents and Transaction Administrator.


• Support system enhancement initiatives and perform user acceptance testing


• Prepare reports as per internal procedures and external compliance requirements

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in any discipline, 3 or more years of experience in loan administration; Degree holders with less experience may be considered.


• Good command of spoken and written English and spoken Cantonese; Experience in examining loan documentation a plus;


• Good numerical skills; Understanding of IBOR transition a plus;


• Attention to details; and


• Proficient in PC, MS Word and Excel applications.
