Standard Chartered Bank in Hong Kong's Central district seeks a qualified professional to support Sponsor Financing and Private Credit strategy. You will provide value-added input alongside seniors, helping shape opportunities and ensure alignment with strategic goals.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or finance, with experience in finance or accounting, and skills in financial modelling, market knowledge, and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines.
• Experience in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Must-Have Skills: Business – financial modelling; Business – product and market knowledge; Risk Management and internal controls including Conduct.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside Sponsor Financing and Private Credit seniors in opportunity identification, origination and execution of all Sponsor Financing and Private Credit transactions.
• Prepare Sponsor Financing and Private Credit financing proposals, market updates or other marketing materials for circulation and discussion with clients.
• Assist in up-tiering SCB’s market presence in the region.
• Prepare and present information memoranda, financial model and BCAs etc.
• Carry out various due diligence, including but not limited to relying on the work of third-party due diligence providers.
• Liaise with clients, external and internal stakeholders to complete necessary tasks in deal execution.
