Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or Construction Management.
• Minimum 15 years of experience managing large-scale site formation and civil infrastructure.
• Extensive knowledge of earthworks, drainage, utilities, and infrastructure development.
• Proven expertise in project management methodologies, contract administration, and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design coordination, procurement, construction and commissioning of site formation projects.
• Develop and implement execution strategies, schedules, budgets and resource plans.
• Ensure compliance with objectives, requirements, standards and client expectations.
• Oversee bulk earthworks, excavation, site grading, slopes, retaining structures, drainage and utilities.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide strategic leadership to project teams and contractors.
• Build relationships with clients, authorities, utilities and stakeholders.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, cost controls and financial reporting.
• Lead contract administration, procurement, claims management and change orders.
• Identify opportunities for value engineering and cost optimization while maintaining quality.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and governance.

Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated Associate Director to lead a large construction and site formation projects. This role requires extensive experience in site formation, construction management, engineering, and strategic planning, with a strong focus on delivering complex projects successfully.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design coordination, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases of site formation projects.
• Develop and implement project execution strategies, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Ensure compliance with project objectives, contractual requirements, regulatory standards, and client expectations.
• Oversee bulk earthworks, excavation, site grading, slope stabilization, retaining structures, drainage systems, utility diversions, roadworks, and associated infrastructure works.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide strategic leadership to project managers, construction managers, engineers, consultants, and contractors.
• Build strong relationships with clients, government authorities, utility companies, and other key stakeholders.
• Oversee project budgets, forecasts, cost controls, and financial reporting.
• Lead contract administration, procurement activities, claims management, and change order processes.
• Identify opportunities for value engineering and cost optimization while maintaining project quality and performance.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company governance requirements.
