Job summary

CLSA is seeking an experienced Equity Derivatives Sales professional in Hong Kong to cover institutional clients and promote structured solution products. You will work closely with trading, structuring, and strategy teams to enhance product offerings and stay ahead of market trends, while coordinating with onshore and offshore EQD teams for cross-border initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 5-7 years of equity derivatives sales experience, preferably from top investment banks, and fluent English

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or related discipline(s).
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in equity derivatives sales; top banks preferred.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua).

• Cover institutional clients including Banks, Asset Managers, Insurance Companies, Sovereign Funds, and Corporates.
• Promote structured solution products including QIS, thematic basket, and other tailored made solutions.
• Work closely with trading/structuring/strategy team to enhance our product offering and follow market trends.
• Collaborate with onshore/offshore EQD teams to develop cross border products.
• Collaborate with sales from other divisions for cross selling.
