Job summary

Apricot Holding Limited is seeking an Associate Director of Business Development to lead new opportunities with institutional clients, family offices, wealth managers, and high-net-worth individuals, and to design cross-border financing solutions.

You will build and manage a strong client pipeline, deepen existing relationships, work closely with internal teams to deliver solutions, and support market research and strategic initiatives.

• >> Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Finance or related fields.
• >> Relevant industry experience and existing client resources preferred.
• >> Willingness to travel for work as required.

1. 1) Identify and develop new business opportunities with institutional clients, family offices, wealth managers, and high-net-worth individuals;
2. 2) Development and structuring of cross-border financing, structured finance and collective investment solutions, including the design of financial structures, investment schemes and capital-raising mechanisms across multiple jurisdictions.
3. 3) Build and manage a strong client pipeline;
4. 4) Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients and distribution channels;
5. 5) Work closely with internal teams to deliver solutions and support client onboarding;
6. 6) Support market research and business strategy initiatives;
7. 7) Assist in ad-hoc projects when required.

Requirements:
