Chevalier Group is seeking motivated middle-management to support its Overseas Investments focus within the Business Development Department. The role involves leading M&A deal execution, due diligence, and structuring funding for prospect projects.

Applicants should have a university degree in business, hotel management or finance, with experience in real estate, hotel management, or corporate finance. Fluent English and Chinese are required, plus willingness to travel overseas.

Qualifications

• University degree in business, hotel management or finance.
• Experience in real estate, hotel management, business consulting or corporate finance.
• CFA/Law/CPA qualifications are an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Lead/Run M&A deal execution including dataroom prep and legal documents.
• Analyze new investment opportunities and prepare investment proposals for Board.
• Structure funding-raising for specific investment projects.
• Supervise/mentor investment analysts.
• Monitor overseas investments to enhance exit values.

Our Business Development Department is seeking motivated middle-management to join our team which focuses on Overseas Investments.

Responsibilities

• Lead/Run M&A deal execution, including but not limited to preparation of dataroom and legal documentation
• Analyse new investment opportunities (incl due diligence) in a wide range of industries / asset classes and prepare investment proposals for Board consideration
• Structure funding-raising for specific investment projects
• Supervise/Mentor investment analyst in all aspects of work
• Monitor / Participate in asset management of existing overseas investments with a view to enhancing exit values
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• University Degree in Business Management / Hotel Management / Finance
• Experience in Real Estate, Hotel Management, Business Consulting and/or Corporate Finance
• CFA/Law/CPA qualifications will be an advantage
• Eager to explore new things and able to think “out of the box”
• Strong communication, problem-solving and (financial) analytical skills
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Willing to travel overseas
