Job summary

Manulife is seeking an experienced recruitment leader to support agency recruitment initiatives and drive new projects aligned with the company’s growth strategy in Hong Kong. You will collaborate with Field Force, Agency Directors, and other departments to expand the agency manpower for sustainable business growth.

You will design and execute recruitment campaigns, plan seminars and platforms, and deliver training workshops to agency staff.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Finance, Marketing or Communications (FLMI preferred).
• 10+ years in insurance industry with tied agency, at least 3 years in a managerial position.
• Experience in tied agency training and development is preferable.
• Strong knowledge of agency operations and the system in driving desired behaviors.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese; Putonghua an added advantage.
• Strong writing, communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient PC skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.

Job description

To support the agency recruitment functions and drive new recruitment projects with an ultimate goal to grow the agency force aggressively in alignment with the Company's direction of developing Premium Agency.

• Enhance agency communication through district meetings and provide ad hoc support to other agency functions
• Prepare articles for Company’s newsletter and other platforms to communicate with agency on recruitment initiatives
• Support in running regular recruitment events and provide necessary support to team members as required

Required Qualifications

• Degree holder in Finance, Marketing or Communications, preferably FLMI holder
• At least 10 years of working experience in insurance industry with good understanding in tied agency, in which at least 3 years in managerial position
• Experience in tied agency training and development is preferable
• Good knowledge of agency operations and the system in driving desired behaviors
• Good team player, willing to accept challenges and work under tight timeline
• Good organization skills and attentive to details
• Good writing, communication & presentation skills
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good command of Putonghua is an added advantage
• Strong PC skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
