AlphaSights is seeking ambitious associates for our Client Service team in Hong Kong, Tokyo or Seoul. You’ll connect clients with expert advisors through calls, surveys and written research to surface practical insights for decision makers.

This frontline role requires multitasking across concurrent projects, strong communication, and a quick learning curve. You’ll develop commercial and client-management skills with a clear path to leadership within 24–30 months.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree with 2:1 or higher required.
• Strong extracurricular achievements and leadership.
• Internship experience relevant to client services or consulting.
• Fluent English required; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end client-expert communications, negotiating and coordinating with experts.
• Leverage AI-powered sourcing tools to map value chains and engage relevant experts.

A day in the life of an Associate

As an Associate in the Client Service team, you’ll be the link between our clients and the expert knowledge they seek. These connections could take the form of an hour-long phone call between the client and expert advisor, a survey, or a written research product. Throughout your workday, you will work on multiple projects from investors, strategists and dealmakers at top-tier client organizations seeking expert insights to inform their decision-making. This is a communications-intense frontline role requiring you to multitask across parallel workstreams.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Owningend-to-end client-expert communications, spending a significant part of your day on the phone screening and negotiating with relevant experts to position the best possible matches for your clients’ requests.
• LeveragingAI-powered sourcing toolsto map complex industry value chains and identify and engage with relevant experts.
• Understanding theproject and market contextand the legal and regulatory environment in which your clients and experts operate.
