Job summary

China CITIC Bank International Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a UX/UI Designer to collaborate with product managers, engineers and designers to ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and aligned with our design system. You will conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to identify pain points and inform strategy.

You will design smooth interfaces, build interactive prototypes, perform design QA, and ensure handoff to developers.

Responsibilities

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and implemented accurately.
• User Research & Strategy: Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to identify user pain points, needs, and behaviors.
• Visual & Interface Design: Design smooth and clear UXUI that adhere to design system guidelines. Understand Hong Kong and Mainland customer behaviors.
• Prototyping & Testing: Build interactive mockups and prototypes to validate design concepts with stakeholders before development.
• Developer Handoff & QA: Prepare clean, production-ready assets in Figma. Leverage your knowledge of front-end structure to conduct thorough Design QA and ensure code implementation matches design specs perfectly.
