Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or above) in Risk Management, Engineering or Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in financial organizations.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing large QA teams or projects.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Familiar with Confluence, JIRA, etc.
• Knowledge of equity or derivatives market is a must.

Responsibilities

• Engage with business owners/users to understand, analyse and document requirements.
• Review requirements and translate into test cases; design testing strategy and plan schedules.
• Lead end‑to‑end system testing and QA for risk management systems with complex financial logic.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies with clear documentation.
• Contribute to timely delivery aligned with project scope and expectations.
• Establish testing standards across UAT, regression, UIT and go‑live readiness.

This role is suited for a senior QA professional with strong financial domain knowledge, proven leadership in large‑scale system testing, and the ability to work closely with business, technology, and external vendors.Job Duties:Responsibilities:Engage with the business owners and users to understand, analyse and document requirementsReview user requirements and functional specifications and translate them into test cases;Design testing strategy & approach, plan testing schedule, manage timeline and resource;Lead and govern end‑to‑end system testing and quality assurance strategy for risk management systems which involve complex financial logics and risk methodologiesIdentify and mitigate system risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the delivery lifecycle with clear documentationContribute to timely delivery of the project in line with project scope and expectationEstablish testing standards, methodologies, and best practices across UAT, regression, UIT and go‑live readinessRequirements:Bachelor’s degree (or above) preferably in Risk Management / Engineering / Computer Science or related subjectAt least 7+ years of relevant experience, preferably in well-established financial organizations with proven 3+ years leadership experience managing large‑scale QA teams or projectsStrong analytical and problem‑solving skillsFamiliar with various project management tools eg.
