Job Description

• Transaction Execution Support execution of DCM transactions including Assist in preparing pitch books, term sheets, and investor presentations
• Coordinate due diligence, documentation, and approval processes with legal, compliance, and syndicate teams
• Track deal timelines and ensure smooth execution across multiple stakeholders
• Market & Credit Analysis Conduct market updates, comparable issuance analysis, and pricing benchmarks
• Perform issuer credit analysis using financial statements, rating agency reports, and industry data
• Origination Support Assist senior bankers in preparing client pitches and relationship materials
• Maintain client database, deal pipeline tracking, and internal reporting
• Internal Coordination Liaise with syndicate desk, sales & trading, research, and risk teams
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Maintain transaction documentation and internal systems accurately

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a banking or financial services environment, preferably in an operational support role.
• Strong understanding of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements in Hong Kong.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in English and Cantonese.
• Mandarin is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
• A strong sense of responsibility and a proactive attitude.
