Job summary

Argyll Scott Asia is seeking an Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager for a 12-month contract to lead early-career hiring within a major banking group. You will drive campus, graduate and management trainee programmes and partner with business leaders to meet hiring plans.

The role requires a degree in HR or business, at least three years in HR/TA with campus recruitment, and strong English and Chinese communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum three years' experience in HR or talent acquisition with campus/volume recruitment exposure

Responsibilities

• Deliver campus recruitment activity across internship, graduate and management trainee programmes, ensuring hiring plans are met on time and to a high standard
• Design and execute hiring strategies covering sourcing channels, advertising, selection methods and candidate engagement
• Run selection exercises and assessment centres, evaluate candidates and make appointment and remuneration recommendations through the relevant approval processes
• Build and maintain relationships with universities, student bodies, external partners and internal stakeholders to sustain a strong early-career pipeline
• Promote the organisation as an employer of choice through campaigns, social media, job boards, career talks, recruitment days and university engagement
• Track recruitment effectiveness, candidate quality and stakeholder feedback, and recommend improvements to processes, channels and selection tools
• Coach and guide junior recruiters while ensuring compliance with policies, controls and data-protection requirements
