Job summary

China State Construction Engineering (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a results-driven BIM services sales professional to expand our digitalisation offerings in Hong Kong. You will lead prospecting for BIM, DWSS, EDMS, and related digital solutions, building a robust pipeline with construction firms, property managers and government agencies.

The role requires strong B2B sales experience, proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, and a proactive, self-motivated attitude.

Qualifications

• Hunter type sales with strong self-motivation & drive for business development.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, self-motivated and willing to learn.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• B2B sales experience; experience in BIM or construction digitalization is an advantage.
• Candidate with less experience can be considered as Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Sales of Building Information Modelling (BIM) services, DWSS, EDMS, Digital Surveying Services and Scan to BIM solutions. Achieving Sales Target
• Identify potential customers such as construction firms, property managers, survey companies, and government agencies.
• Generate leads, qualify prospects, and manage the sales pipeline through effective communication and timely follow-up.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technological advances and competitors’ activities to maintain market competitiveness.
• Collaborate with the delivery team to develop and communicate solutions
