Job summary

Hong Kong SAR Oncology Centre Limited is seeking an experienced client services professional to support institutional clients, addressing daily inquiries and processing transactions with accuracy and efficiency.

You will collaborate with Relationship Managers and Compliance teams to ensure timely execution of client requests, perform KYC/CDD, and uphold data integrity while mentoring junior colleagues as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 2+ years in corporate banking support, client services, or RM support.
• Knowledge of commercial banking solutions, transaction processing, and risk controls.
• Exposure to onboarding documentation, KYC/CDD, and regulatory standards.
• Strong communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for institutional clients with accurate, efficient responses.
• Facilitate day-to-day banking activities: cash management, lending, FX, and profile maintenance.
• Execute end-to-end KYC and CDD procedures and sanctions screening.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Treasury, Operations, and Compliance/AML teams.
• Protect data integrity and confidentiality while maintaining professional conduct.
• Mentor and train junior team members as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Support: Serve as the primary liaison for institutional clients, addressing daily operational inquiries and transaction requests with accuracy and efficiency.
• Transaction & Account Management: Facilitate day-to-day banking activities, including cash management, lending processing, foreign exchange operations, and account profile maintenance.
• Compliance & Due Diligence: Execute end-to-end KYC and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) procedures, including trigger-event assessments, account lifecycle management, sanctions screening, and alert clearance in alignment with regulatory standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Relationship Managers, Treasury, Operations, and Compliance/AML divisions to ensure seamless, timely execution of client requests.
• Data Integrity & Confidentiality: Safeguard sensitive client and internal data while upholding rigorous standards of accuracy and professional conduct.
• Team Development: Help mentor, onboard, and train junior team members as needed.

Candidate Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional Experience: 2+ years of relevant background in corporate banking support, client services, or RM support within the banking sector.
• Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of commercial banking solutions, transaction processing, and operational risk controls.
• Regulatory Expertise: Hands-on exposure to onboarding documentation, KYC/CDD protocols, and regulatory compliance standards.
• Core Competencies: Strong multi-tasking abilities, sharp analytical capabilities, exceptional attention to detail, and sound problem-solving skills.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication capabilities, comfortable collaborating across cross-functional teams and managing key client relationships.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in written and spoken English as well as Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
