Designed for individuals aspiring to build a career in private banking, the ARM Development Programme offers a carefully curated 24-month pathway, consisting of structured learning, rotational attachments and hands‑on experience to equip you with the knowledge, skills and confidence required to succeed in the client-facing wealth management role.

The ARM Development Programme is available in both our Singapore and Hong Kong offices, with priority consideration given to former Bank of Singapore interns.
