Job summary

Chong Hing Bank in Hong Kong is seeking a full-time Retail Banking Sales professional to promote a broad range of consumer banking products and services from its Central branch. You will identify customer needs, offer suitable banking solutions, and deliver high-quality service while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Bachelor-level qualifications or above, plus at least 1 year in retail banking sales, are expected.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above.
• Minimum 1 year in Retail Banking sales, especially insurance.
• Experience in selling investment products is a plus.
• IIQE qualification required; HKSI preferred.
• Proven track record in marketing and selling banking products.
• Familiar with retail banking procedures and products.
• Strong service and sales orientation with good communication.
• ECF-RWM qualification is preferable.
• English and Chinese; Putonghua is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Promote wide range of consumer banking products and services to customers and solicit new business opportunities to achieve the branch business goals
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate banking services and solutions
• Provide efficient and high quality services to customer with a professional manner
• Ensure all the activities are conducted in compliance with the Bank's policies, procedures, guidelines and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma holder or above
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in Retail Banking sales, specifically in selling insurance products
• Candidates with experience in selling investment products will be given priority considerations
• Possess the qualifications of IIQE
• Qualification in HKSI is preferred
• Proven track record in marketing and selling banking products
• Familiar with retail banking products and the operation procedures
• Strong service and sales orientation, self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF-RWM) qualification is preferable
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is an advantage
• Candidate with less experience may be considered as Assistant Personal Banking Manager
