Kin Wing Engineering Company Limited is a Hong Kong-based contractor specializing in foundation, site investigation and related construction services. We are expanding and inviting qualified candidates to join our Quantity Surveying team, based at Lai Chi Kok, near MTR.

The role covers contract and subcontract documentation, cost control, measurements, and data management. The ideal candidate holds a Higher Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying with at least 2 years of QS experience in

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years QS experience in foundation, civil, or building projects.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Good command in spoken & written English and Chinese.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Quantity Surveying (QS) department, including handling and managing main contract and subcontract documents, overseeing subletting processes, and cost control.
• Perform measurements, payment processing, and subletting tasks.
• Handle cost estimation and final account settlements.
• Manage, monitor, and update data and documents with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Kin Wing Engineering is principally engaged in a wide range of design and construction of foundation and site investigation projects. We are also undertaking other ancillary services including site formation, ELS and pile cap construction. Our clients comprise of the renowned private and public sectors in Hong Kong and Macau.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of solid QS experience in foundation, civil, or building projects.
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good command in spoken & written English and Chinese
• Self-motivated, well-organized, able to multitask, and eager to learn.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as QS Trainee
