Job summary

Kin Wing Engineering Company Limited is seeking a competent Quantity Surveyor to support the QS department in managing main and sub-contract documents, cost control, and subletting processes. The role requires at least five years of solid QS experience in foundation, civil, or building projects, with ERP experience preferred.

You will handle measurements, payments, cost estimation, and final accounts, while coordinating with internal and external parties to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of solid QS experience in foundation, civil, or building projects.
• ERP implementation, enhancement, or process improvement experience preferred.
• Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the QS department, including handling main Contract and Subcontract documents, oversee subletting processes, and cost control.
• Perform measurements, payment processing, and subletting tasks.
• Handle cost estimation, cost control and final account settlements.
• Handle contractual claims and dispute resolution.
• Manage, monitor and update data and documents with accuracy and compliance.
• Liaise with internal and external parties for QS services and ERP-related coordination.
• Develop and maintain supplier database and pricing benchmarks.
• Support QS/Procurement systems (e.g., ERP) implementation and enhancement.
