Job summary

Chun Wo Elegant Decoration Engineering Company Ltd is seeking an Assistant / QS Manager in Hong Kong to support senior management with project audit, commercial tasks and leadership of a QS team on assigned projects.

The candidate should have a QS degree (HKIS/RICS preferred), at least 3 years at senior QS level, and strong contract administration knowledge, with fluency in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Degree in QS or related discipline; HKIS/RICS or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years at senior QS level; main contractor experience advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of QS practice and contract administration.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.

Requirements

• Degree holder in QS or related disciplines, with professional qualification in HKIS / RICS or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years at senior QS level, experience from a main contractor an advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of QS practice, contract administration; good interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• Strong commercial sense, independent working, dynamic thinking.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for QS Manager.
