Savills plc is seeking an Assistant Property Manager – Commercial Property in WanChai to supervise a property and ensure a high level of service for clients and occupants.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Property or Facilities Management, have at least five years of commercial property experience, be familiar with BMO/DMC and related ordinances, and be fluent in English and Chinese. Proactive, independent, and proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint are required.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Property / Facilities Management or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Property Management, with experience in managing commercial properties.
• Member of RPHM, CIH or HKIH or with PMP(T1) preferred.
• Conversant with BMO, DMC and related ordinances.

Requirements

• Degree in Property / Facilities Management or related disciplines
