Savills Property Management Limited is seeking a Business Development Senior Officer/Officer to support the Head of Business Development. The role focuses on preparing proposals, presentations and marketing materials for the Property Management business, and promoting smart property management technologies including AI and IoT.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Journalism, Property Management or a related discipline.
• A minimum of two years’ relevant experience in marketing, property management or the technology sector is preferred
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to work under pressure while meeting tight deadlines
• Experience in the property or innovation and technology sectors would be an advantage

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Journalism, Property Management or a related discipline
