Job summary

新生精神康復會在葵青區提供全職崗位，負責監督回收物料的後勤安排與日常運作，協助與本地持份者合作推動回收活動，並管理多項回收計劃與志工隊伍。您需具備副學士或以上學歷及2年以上相關經驗，並能在戶外工作，具良好溝通能力。

此職位要求獨立工作、主動性及良好人際技巧，日常工作涉及協調運輸與派送、參與激勵計劃及其他主管交辦任務。提供穩定全職及在地工作環境。

Job description

Kwai Tsing Community Green Station (Kwai Tsing)

Responsibilities:

1. To assist in supervising and overseeing the logistics arrangement and daily operation of recyclables collection services;
2. To assist collaborating with local stakeholders for recyclables activities;
3. To assist in managing various featured programmes for the collection of recyclables;
4. To coordinate the volunteer work;
5. To assist in communicating with various parties for dispatch of recyclables;
6. To coordinate the Participation Incentive Scheme and manage the daily operations; and
7. To perform ad hoc assignments and other related duties as assigned by supervisor(s).

Requirements:

1. Higher Diploma or above;
2. At least 2year of work experience;
3. Experience in recyclables collection servicesis preferred;
4. Outdoor work is needed;
5. Diligent, self-motivated and able to work independently; and
6. Good communication and interpersonal skill.
