Job summary

Yick Man Estates Ltd. invites high caliber individuals to join as Assistant Project Manager (Property/Building) in Hong Kong.

You will be responsible for supervising technical, contractual and financial performance of contract works and monitoring overall site activities. The role requires a degree in Building Surveying, Civil Engineering or related disciplines, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in sizeable property development, property management and fit-out projects.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years relevant experience in sizeable property development, property management and fit-out projects.
• Degree in Building Surveying, Civil Engineering or related disciplines preferred.
• Sound knowledge of building technology, building services and fitting out is an advantage.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; able to work independently and under pressure.

Responsible for managing technical, contractual & financial performance of contract works and monitoring the overall control of site activities.

Degree in Building Surveying, Civil Engineering or related disciplines preferred

At least 5 years relevant experience preferably in sizeable property development, property management and fit-out projects

Possess sound knowledge of building technology, building services and fitting out is an advantage

Good command of English and Chinese

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Able to work independently and effectively under pressure

Working location: Wanchai

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Project Executive
