Job summary

Mindteck Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an Assistant Production Engineer to support the production team across multiple sites. You will coordinate with project managers, oversee assembly and testing activities, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality productions related to projects.

The role requires initiative, leadership, and attention to detail, with a focus on continuous improvement and safety compliance in vendor and in-house workshop settings.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings and schematics.
• Track record in assembly, production and testing environments.

Responsibilities

• Project Delivery and Execution: align with project timelines and delivery objectives.
• Quality Assurance: enforce quality standards and implement corrective actions.
• Health and Safety Compliance: ensure safe working environment at vendor site and workshop.
• Communications and Collaboration: foster open communication within production team and with engineering, procurement, and logistics.
• Technical Abilities: support integration, assembly and testing of components; perform FAI and FAT; conduct ESS.
