Job summary

MTR Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Planner to provide planning and control services for all facility-based maintenance activities in our Hong Kong operations. You will schedule maintenance work, plan resources and monitor system performance to ensure reliability and safety.

You will engage in budget and cost control, asset capitalization, equipment inventory setup and possession booking, and perform data analysis to compile KPIs and explain variances.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, IT/IS or equivalent with 2 years’ relevant working experience; or
• Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Engineering, Business Administration, IT/IS or equivalent with 4 years’ post graduate working experience with 1 year at supervisory level; or
• Diploma / Certificate in Engineering, Business Administration, IT/IS or equivalent with 6 years’ post graduate working experience with 1 year at supervisory level

Responsibilities
