Job summary

Knight Frank seeks a Part Time Assistant in Research & Consultancy to support data gathering, analysis, and presentation tasks across Hong Kong and Greater China. You will leverage Excel and AI tools to streamline workflows and contribute to market snapshots and reports.

Ideal candidates are penultimate-year students or fresh graduates with strong English, Cantonese, and Putonghua, plus numeric literacy and collaborative, deadline-driven work ethic.

Qualifications

• Penultimate-year students or fresh graduates in Real Estate, Surveying, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Urban Planning or related disciplines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data sorting, formulas, charts; basic financial/analytical modeling concepts).
• Hands-on familiarity with modern AI tools for productivity and research enhancement.

Responsibilities

• Assist in tracking, gathering, and updating regular real estate market data across Hong Kong and Greater China.

Assist in tracking, gathering, and updating regular real estate market data (commercial, residential, retail, or industrial sectors across Hong Kong and Greater China)

Utilise Microsoft Excel and basic financial/quantitative models to clean, analyse, and structure real estate metrics

Leverage generative AI and productivity tools to streamline data extraction, desk research, and preliminary workflow automation

Assist analysts in drafting regular market snapshots, thematic research reports, and presentation decks

Support senior team members with bespoke consultancy assignments, site information gathering, and administrative research tasks

Person Specification

Penultimate-year students or Fresh Graduates majoring in Real Estate, Surveying, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Urban Planning, or related disciplines

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data sorting, formulas, charts; basic financial/analytical modeling concepts)

Hands-on familiarity with modern AI tools for productivity and research enhancement

Basic quantitative literacy and sensitivity to numbers

High proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua (standard spoken and written proficiency)

Solid business writing skills in both English and Traditional/Simplified Chinese

High level of accuracy in data entry and verification

Highly responsible, adaptable, receptive to guidance and constructive feedback, with a collaborative team-player mindset

Self-motivated & Able to work under deadline constraints in a fast-paced corporate environment
