Job summary

The Bank of East Asia, Limited is seeking an MPF Marketing professional to assist the Senior MPF Business Manager in planning, directing, coordinating and organizing MPF marketing activities and capturing new business. The role is based in Kwun Tong and requires a full-time commitment.

Requirements include a university degree (Business/Marketing preferred), MPF/Insurance qualifications, and 1+ year experience in sales or marketing with strong English and Chinese communication skills.

Qualifications

• University graduate, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline.
• Passes in MPF Intermediaries Examination and HKSI Licensing Exam or an Exempted/Qualified Securities Dealer.
• Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination is an advantage
• Preferable over 1 year experience in sales or marketing

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual sales target in line with customer needs.
• Comply with budget, execute business strategies, control expenditures and achieve cost containment.
• Visit customers and provide on-site services on member enrolments and asset transfers.
• Introduce products and services to meet customer needs with clear information throughout the sales process.
• Capture new business from existing customers including MPF from group companies and referrals.
• Call on potential customers to capture new MPF business.
• Ensure standardized disclosure of product information, features, risks, fees and charges throughout the sales process.
• Ensure all procedures comply with regulators and BEA policies, rules and guidelines.
• Collaborate with BEA branches and departments to solicit new MPF business.
• Refer prospects to BEA branches and departments for further development of other services.
