Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Ltd in Hong Kong is hiring an Assistant Manager, Valuation Advisory (China Valuations) to support the delivery of valuation services across PRC markets. You will assist in market research, modelling, data analysis, site inspections and report preparation while collaborating with teams in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing and Guangzhou.

Travel on assignments within the PRC is expected. You will contribute to business development activities, adopt AI-enabled tools, and pursue

Qualifications

Graduate degree in real estate, surveying, economics or business related discipline.
3+ years working experience, preferably in real estate valuation, advisory, consulting, investment or related fields.
Strong understanding of valuation methodologies, real estate markets and capital market dynamics.
Proficiency in financial modelling, data analytics and emerging technologies including AI-enabled tools.
Willing to pursue professional qualifications.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Assist in the execution of Valuations in the PRC – including market research, valuation modelling, data analysis, site inspections, report preparation and review.
Travel on assignments within the PRC.
Assist seniors in business development activities with project pitches, proposals and fee negotiations.
Drive adoption of technology, data analytics, AI tools and valuation modelling techniques.
Support the team with upkeep of internal data library.
Collaborate with team members across Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing and Guangzhou.
