Job summary

HKBN is seeking an Assistant Manager - Sales Operations to develop and implement sales strategies in coordination with the sales team, while evaluating and improving processes.

You will analyze sales data, prepare reports and dashboards, develop forecasts, monitor performance against targets, and support planning and resource allocation in a fast-paced ICT environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales operations, preferably in ICT industry.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance metrics.
