Job summary

CITIC Pacific Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Manager- Reporting (Property Development) to support management reporting for the Hong Kong Property business. You will prepare regular and ad hoc reports on project progress, portfolio budget and forecast, risk, and compliance while coordinating data updates with other departments to ensure accurate and timely information.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor degree in business, management or real estate, with at least five years’

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business, management, real estate or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in management reporting; 2+ years in real estate.
• Experience preferred in State-Owned Enterprise (SOE).
• Fluent in English and Chinese; Putonghua highly preferred.
• Highly organized with strong analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all-round duties of management reporting for the Hong Kong Property business, including regular and ad hoc reports on project progress, portfolio budget and forecast, risk and compliance.
• Coordinate internally and with other departments for effective updates of data, analyses and consolidate information for reporting.
• Assist in consolidating portfolio budget, formulating business strategies and keeping abreast of management policies and guidelines.
• Prepare and participate in the presentation of business progress and results.
• Perform other ad hoc assignments as required.

Coordinate internally and with other department for effective updates of data, analyses and consolidate information for reporting.

Assist in consolidating portfolio budget, formulating business strategies and keep abreast of latest management policies, procedures and guidelines.

Prepare and participate in the presentation of business progress and results.

Perform other ad hoc assignment as required.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in business, management, real estate or a related disciplines;

Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in management reporting, preferably with experience in SOE and at least 2 years of experience in real estate industry;

Proficiency in English and Chinese language skills(spoken and written). Fluent Putonghua is highly preferred.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to handle multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.

Strong analytical skills, inter-personal skills and problem solving capabilities
