Job summary

Colliers is seeking an Assistant Manager/Manager in Valuation & Advisory Services in Hong Kong. You will manage valuation assignments, conduct inspections, market research, and prepare feasibility studies and reports across property sectors.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of HK/APAC valuation experience, with strong analytical skills and client-focused mindset. Proficiency in Excel and English/Chinese required; RICS/HKIS progress is highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or related disciplines.
• 3+ years of relevant valuation experience in Hong Kong or APAC.
• Professional qualification or progress towards RICS/HKIS is highly regarded.
• Strong analytical, numerical and research skills, with the ability to interpret market data and prepare valuation opinions.
• Detail-minded, organized and able to manage multiple assignments under tight timelines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in another Asian language is an advantage.

• Prepare financial feasibility studies, valuation analyses and advisory reports across different property sectors.
• Review and interpret relevant legislation, government policies, planning controls, land documents and case precedents to support statutory valuation advice.
• Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to the team’s business development and service quality objectives.

How you would contribute to business:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Real Estate, Surveying, Property Management or other related disciplines
• 3+ years of relevant experience in property valuation in Hong Kong or APAC markets. Candidates with more experience will be considered for Manager level
• Experience gained from a commercial real estate consultancy is preferred
• Professional qualification or progress towards RICS / HKIS membership is highly regarded
