Job summary

FWD Group in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced HRIS/Workday analyst to translate HR priorities into technology, analytics and streamlined processes. You will champion a seamless HRIS experience for the HK team, collaborating with Group and regional teams to deliver Workday enhancements, testing, deployment and user adoption.

You will develop workforce insights to support the CHRO and senior leadership decisions, strengthen HR data accuracy and governance, and manage Workday-driven lifecycle

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IS, business or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in HRIS, Workday, HR operations, or people analytics.
• Hands-on Workday HCM experience including reporting, enhancements or transformations.
• Strong ownership, learning agility, and regional/global stakeholder exposure preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI or similar data analysis tools is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented, customer-focused, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for an Assistant Manager position.

This incumbent is a key engine of Hong Kong HR, driving Workday, digital transformation, and people analytics. The role supports the CHRO and senior leadership with data-driven insights and offers broad exposure to regional HR teams and initiatives.

The Job

• Ensure efficient, accurate, and compliant HR transactions across the employee journey.
• Drive HR projects, process improvement, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.

The Person

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Around 3–7 years of relevant experience in HRIS, Workday, HR operations, or people analytics.
• Hands‑on experience in Workday HCM, reporting, system enhancements, or HR transformation projects.
• Strong ownership and learning agility, with regional or global stakeholder exposure preferred.
• Strong knowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting platforms is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidate with less experience may be considered for the Assistant Manager position.
