Ebro Executive Search Limited is seeking an Assistant Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis in Hong Kong. You will report to the Finance Department Manager and conduct financial analysis including costing and operating expenses analysis.

You will consolidate financial reports, identify variances, and drive KPI analysis to measure efficiency. You will lead monthly rolling forecasts and annual budgets, while supporting ad hoc projects and reporting to the Finance Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting or related discipline.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Good command of written/spoken English; Putonghua a plus.

• Responsibilities:
• Report to the Finance Department Manager
• Conduct financial analysis, costing, operational expenses analysis
• Consolidate financial reports and identify the variance and the related explanation
• Responsible for KPI analysis and measure efficiency
• Assist the Finance Manager on ad hoc projects, reviewing the financial data, preparing group management reports
• Lead and drive the monthly rolling forecast and annual budget
• Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor
• $30-35K, 5 day, medical, bonus

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting or related discipline
• 3 years or above relevant experience
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and detail mined
• Proficiency in the use of computer, Excel, Word & Power Point
• Good command of both written and spoken English and fluency in Putonghua a plus
