Job summary

HK Express is seeking a Warehouse/Stores professional to manage shift duties, receive parts, and issue aircraft spares for daily operations. The role emphasizes accurate inventory, environment control, and adherence to HKCAD standards.

The ideal candidate has a higher diploma in supply chain, at least four years in logistics, strong English and Chinese communication, and willingness to work variable shifts. Driving license classes 1 and 2 are a plus for this role.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above qualification in Supply Chain & Logistics Management or related disciplines.
• Minimum 4 years logistic or supply chain management experience; aviation exposure is an advantage.
• Experience in store/quality inspector is highly preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; English & Chinese.
• Willingness to work in variable shift duty; HK Driving Licence Classes 1 and 2.

Responsibilities

• Perform store management duties on shift in roster (7x24) as required.
• Assist Store Inspector to perform the parts receiving.
• Issue aircraft spare parts to maintenance for daily operations.
• Control store environment in terms of temperature and humidity.
• Manage the store racking area.
• Perform stock taking periodically.
• Carry out parts shelf life control.
• Assist Assistant Manager, Store & Logistics to ensure the warehouse is compliant with HKCAD requirements.
• Assist Assistant Manager, Store & Logistics to ensure the safety of the store.
• Ensure the accuracy of the record in inventory system.
• Pre-load the parts for schedule maintenance as required.
• Manage the racking of unserviceable part, quarantine parts, and observation parts.
• Perform stock move among HKE’s different store.
• Supervise the contracted store and ensure its services are up-to-standard.
• Assist in other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above qualification in Supply Chain & Logistic Management or any related disciplines;
• Minimum 4 years logistic or supply chain management related experience whereas exposure of the aviation industry is an advantage;
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Specialist;
• Experience in store/quality inspector experiences is highly preferred;
• Detail oriented with problem-solving skills and stress resistant;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with people at different levels in between the company and outside parties;
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese;
• Basic computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office programs;
• Willingness to work in variable shift duty as assigned;
• Possess valid Hong Kong Driving License Classes 1 and 2.
